- Ensure your simulator is wired to your PC and your PC's power settings are set to 'Never' to make sure your system is online when we try to connect
- Our experts will remote in and install your software

- Email support@optishotgolf.com to schedule a mutually convenient time with our experts to install your software
- Locate TeamViewer and open application within taskbar or desktop icons
- Click the blue text “Connect with TeamViewer ID”
- You'll see a window with your ID and Password
- Upon scheduled meeting: please provide your ID and Password to our experts
- Our experts will remote in and install your software, test shots, run you through the software, and answer any questions
