How to Perform a Clean Installation of the OptiShot2 Software

Follow the steps below to completely remove and re-install the latest version of the OptiShot Golf software.

WINDOWS

1. Uninstall OptiShot2 by clicking Start > All Programs > OptiShot Golf > OptiShot2 > Uninstall.
2. Show Hidden Files and Folders. Follow this link below for steps.

3. Locate and delete the following directories:

• C:\ProgramData\DancinDogg Golf\OptiShot (Original Optishot1 software location. Unless you are running the old software this path (DancinDogg Golf) will not be there.)
• C:\ProgramData\OptiShot Golf\OptiShot2
• NOTE The paths above are NOT C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)

4. Follow the path below to download and install the OptiShot2 software directly from our servers.

MAC

1. Delete any installers you may still have.
